Return and Refund Policy – Kick20

At Kick20, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing an order. If an order is placed with an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- Kick20 will NOT be responsible for non-delivery
- NO refund will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address
- The order will NOT be reshipped at Kick20's expense
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify their address before confirming the order

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after 7 days
- Sale or discounted items
- Orders with incorrect address provided by customer

REFUNDS
Once returned item is inspected and approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately at akashabbax2200@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost.
