Please note the following:
- If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, Kick20 will NOT be held responsible
- NO refund will be issued for orders that cannot be delivered due to wrong address
- If the rider/courier arrives at the address and the customer is not available or address is wrong, payment will NOT be refunded
- Kick20 will NOT reship the order at its own expense in such cases
